Life can quickly become overwhelming, dysregulating, and agonizing in the aftermath of a traumatic event or after years of experiencing complex and compounding life stressors. I want you to know you’re not alone, and I’m here to offer you a safe space to experience relief and healing. I'll meet you right where you're at with empathy, warmth, and understanding. In our sessions together, I desire to create a safe space where you are heard, fully seen, and accepted just as you are.

As a Certified Trauma Professional, I approach all therapy through a trauma-informed lens and take a collaborative and client-centered approach to treatment. I am Certified in Brainspotting and Trained in EMDR. I desire to go beyond mere symptom management and will help you explore the roots of your concerns so you can heal on a deeper level.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming and sex-positive therapist. You are welcome just as you are, and there are no topics off-limits in therapy with me. Humans are incredible, and I genuinely believe we all have the capacity to be our own healers and guides.
