Hi! I am a self-esteem and ADHD specialist. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who works with adults. My passion is in helping individuals struggling with negative body image, executive function issues and/or depression, work on building up their self-esteem, learn about their brain, decrease perfectionism and anxiety, and develop healthy relationships. I help my clients to develop a deeper sense of self-worth, examine old behavior patterns and create new ones, learn boundary setting, and build a balanced and fulfilling life.
I want to work collaboratively with you to create a life that is meaningful to you. We can explore the ways in which your emotional, mental and physical well-being are interconnected. Sharing research and resources is one of my strengths. I am trained in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and WET, two evidenced based therapies for the treatment of trauma.
I am a LGBTQIA+ affirmative, body neutral therapist and incorporate intuitive eating principles into my practice. You are the expert on your own experience and I am committed to creating a safe space for clients of color and other identities to explore their experiences.
