I strive to provide a comforting, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can come to have someone listen and help you to navigate through these issues. As a former school counselor (of twenty-one years) I genuinely love to work with adolescents, college students, school staff, and families. I also enjoy working with adults. I am ERP trained and specialize in the treatment of individuals with OCD and related anxiety disorders including Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety, and Specific Phobia.
