In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel safe and supported while also helping you move forward in ways that feel real and lasting.

Therapy with me is collaborative and practical. I use Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you get to the heart of your emotions and strengthen your relationships. For couples, this means learning to move past frustration and conflict and back into closeness and trust. For individuals, it means finding new ways to process pain, and rebuild confidence.

My approach is warm but direct. I’ll help you uncover the emotions beneath the surface, build healthier communication, and begin to create the kind of relationships and life you want.
