I help clients better understand the collateral damage that unhealthy people in their lives can create and how to stop it. This damage can be brought on by a parent, child, spouse, boss, pastor, etc. We start by identifying core values, learn about personality disorders and healthy coping skills, boundaries, and identifying unhealthy patterns of behavior.
This is a very difficult road to travel, but you don't have to do it alone. There is a way to cope, a way to feel worthy again, and even a way out if you so choose. You will get through this and begin to realize how worthy you truly are. You can be healthy and attract healthy people into your life. Our environment and the people in it matter.
