I apply a Client Centered approach, CBT, DBT, REBT, Emotion Focused, Existential, etc- dependent upon needs. I am passionate about therapy and have been practicing for over 11 years. I have also been a contractor for A&E’s “Intervention”, CSULB for D1 athletes, and have worked with Microsoft EAP. I currently
work with professionals, students, and couples regarding infidelity. Additionally, I focus on the specialty of EMDR.
About EMDR: It has been studied to increase effectiveness of one’s ability to overcome obstacles, triggers, and negative memories. It is also evidenced to decrease trauma related symptoms. Other areas of focus include: existential themes, stage of life changes, identity, stress management, depression, anxiety, spirituality, skill building, trauma, etc.
