Welcome, I am excited to work with individual adult client's addressing their concerns. Our sessions are a time to get things off of your mind/out of your body. We will look at what is inhibiting your progress. You have the greatest wisdom of your life; you have a profound say in the work we do. I am grateful to be in service to diverse populations, and cultures of people. I work with adults managing anxiety, grief/loss, relationship conflict, women's issues, and self-identity. Whether this is your first time beginning therapy or if you've had previous therapy; therapy is tailored with your needs in-mind. I work with people willing to explore their fears, and vulnerabilities. You will be guided in therapy gaining awareness through exploration, added skills, decreased avoidance, and recovery.
