Whether your goal is to completely resolve old wounds or to simply create a willingness to do so, we will go at your pace. Occasionally, I may challenge you but it will be non-judgmental and non-abrasive. Together we will work to uncover, unravel, and understand so that you can discover, heal, and learn new ways of moving towards a rich meaningful life.

Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I will teach you how to make committed action towards your values, despite the negative thoughts and feelings that often arise in daily functioning. Using EMDR, we can heal past experiences that have shaped your current beliefs which lead to the feelings that drive your behaviors. All leading to a bright future.
