Hi, I’m Janelle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or simply trying to adjust to a new season of life.
I have a special interest in supporting women through infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. These experiences can bring a mix of emotions that are often difficult to carry alone, and I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the process.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and IFS while tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs and goals.
