I specialize in supporting young adults, college students, athletes, professionals, and executives, navigate mental health challenges. With experience in an intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and inpatients settings, I have worked with clients facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, aggression, suicidal thoughts and self-injurious behaviors. Grounded in empathy and compassion, I create a calm, supportive environment tailored to each client’s unique emotional needs. My approach helps individuals manage intense emotions and develop greater self-awareness, empowering them to achieve emotional balance and personal growth.
