I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking consultation on a variety of issues, including anxiety, grief, loss, relational concerns, work-related stress, and perinatal and postpartum concerns. My approach is non-pathologizing, in other words, I see my clients as more than and separate from the problems they encounter—I see them as worthy, knowledgeable, and dignified people desiring a better way.

As a therapist certified in perinatal mental health, I support people undergoing the immense transition of starting a family. I often work with people experiencing fertility challenges, difficult pregnancies, perinatal and postpartum anxiety and depression, reproductive trauma, and relational & identity changes that often come with becoming a parent.

Everyone deserves to be listened to. I believe therapy should be inclusive, rooted in social justice, and affirming to all individuals and identities, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, ability, and sexual orientation. I acknowledge the impact of systemic oppression on mental health and see healing as an individual and communal process.
