I am committed to delivering affirming and culturally adaptive clinical care to diverse populations. As a Filipino-American and former collegiate athlete, I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults undergoing multicultural issues, disordered eating, body image concerns, self-esteem issues, relational conflict, anxiety, depression, and burnout. I have experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, neurodivergent populations, and trauma. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and valued and help you build self-compassion.

I take a person-centered approach and meet you where you are while utilizing other techniques and interventions that best fit your journey and pace towards compassion, inner peace, and growth, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness. I love integrative and holistic approaches because every aspect of your being is important!
