Making the decision to start therapy is hard. I am happy you are here! I am passionate about joining individuals on their journey to healing and personal growth. I aim to meet each of my clients right where they are as I help them navigate their unique story and it is my hope to help you do the same. You are not alone, and focusing on yourself is important. My goal is to create a space that is warm and nonjudgemental to ensure that you feel safe and heard.
I enjoy working with teens and adults experiencing a variety of concerns that focus on anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship stress, self-esteem issues. I use a client-centered approach in sessions while providing compassion, empathy and mindfulness.
It takes a lot of courage to reach out and make the call or book that appointment and I thank you for being brave.
