Life is not lived in a straight line, and I'm here for all the twists and turns which comes with it.
I work with adults, teens, families and couples, in person or telehealth.
When I'm not with clients, I am enjoying time with my partner and kids. We are usually moving outside in some form or planning our next road trip. A constant balance so there is time at home with our sleepy cat. :)
