For teens: Perhaps you have a hunch that something is not quite right and you’re not feeling like yourself. For parents: I do not take lightly the trust involved in providing counseling support to your teen. I am passionate about walking with the entire family, advocating not only for your teen’s well-being, but also for the most important thing in their life - a relationship with YOU.
I specialize in adolescent and family counseling. I have studied adolescent culture for more than a decade and understand the current teen landscape, drawing upon narrative therapy principles to empower positive adolescent development and identity. I have taught at the graduate level, as well as provided counseling in private practice and school settings.
