For parents: I do not take lightly the trust involved in providing counseling support to your teen. I am passionate about walking with the entire family, advocating not only for your teen’s well-being, but also for the most important thing in their life - a relationship with YOU.
Janelle specializes in adolescent and family counseling, drawing upon CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy principles to empower positive adolescent development and identity. As adjunct faculty, she has taught at the graduate level. She provides counseling in private practice and school settings and as a licensed supervisor, she mentors clinicians in training.
