We provide therapy with a systemic approach to families, couples and individuals. I specialize in serving clients managing burnout or overwhelm due to perinatal mental health issues, depression across the lifespan, chronic marital distress and parenting issues, autism and ADHD, and Social Anxiety.
Janelle Johnson is Founder and Co-Owner of Bridges Family Life Center. She also is a Clinical Fellow of AAMFT, President of the NC Association of Marriage and Family Therapy Board, and has advanced training from Postpartum Support International. Now an AAMFT Supervisor, she enjoys training new family therapists and providing inclusion consulting nationwide.
