I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck despite managing responsibilities in their daily lives. Many are professionals, caregivers, or leaders navigating high-functioning anxiety, or ongoing stress while appearing “fine” on the outside. They often feel like they are holding everything together for others but have little space to focus on themselves. My clients are seeking relief, clarity, and a supportive space where they can process what they’ve been carrying and begin to feel more grounded and in control.
I help clients process trauma, manage anxiety, and reduce emotional overwhelm. Using a holistic, collaborative approach, I support you in building coping strategies, gaining clarity, and reconnecting with your personal power so you can move forward with confidence.
