During my life's journey and work in counseling I have walked through many areas and topics toward healing. With over 20 years of experience in counseling, 15 years of a more trauma and addiction approach, 2026 brings a transition to focus on anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, addiction recovery, relationship issues and more. Services are being offered via Telehealth to adults and couples. I am licensed in Wyoming. However, due to the new Counseling Compact (2025), I am now offering Telehealth to people in states that are also members of the Compact.
Many theories and techniques are pulled from, to bring a custom approach for each individual. Christian/Biblical principles may also be included when requested.
It may be said that it has taken a lot of strength and courage to get to where you are today, more so than in taking steps to begin the healing process. There is fear in change of any kind, even when it is positive. That fear loses strength when one begins to lighten the load they have been carrying.
