I am passionate about helping couples learn to replace negative conflict patterns with positive interactions, increase intimacy, respect, affection, and repair from past hurts.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University. I have a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. I am a facilitator for Prepare/Enrich. I have been trained to use Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work with couples.
