Welcome! I am accepting new clients. I offer in person therapy in San Marcos, Texas. I offer online therapy for individuals and couples living in California. I am passionate about helping people live a full life, where they are not just surviving but thriving. How we interpret our experiences can cause us to become panicked, anxious, fearful, angry, depressed, numb or alone.
I offer a secure place to work through the experiences causing these unbearable feelings leading to a sense of well-being, growth and transformation. Research shows this work actually changes the person’s brain and nervous system leading to more flexibility and integration which means improved mental health.
While therapy is very different depending on the person, my work is informed by the most recent brain science and body work studies. I have many years experience in the treatment of trauma, anxiety and depression. I am EMDR trained, Internal Family Systems trained (IFS) and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
