I utilize a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems work, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy strategies. This means we will address the thoughts and beliefs influencing your behavior, set realistic and achievable goals based on your current situation, and work together to move beyond challenges towards a more promising future.
