As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I aspire to enable this connection. My training is rooted in Systems Theory, which views individuals, couples, and families through their relationship network. I take care to recognize how family of origin, cultural, and contextual factors inform our habits, perceptions, and sense of well-being.
I see couples, individuals, & families for: dating/relationship issues, anxiety, couples counseling (infidelity, alcohol misuse, how social media affects connection, & pre-marital), college/graduate student stress, divorce, blended families, co-dependency, grief & loss, harsh self-narratives, & concerns with spirituality, indecision, and uncertainty.
