I use a combination of modalities to meet your individual needs. Therapeutic approaches include Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered, Mindfulness, and Strength based. Common Problems: Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, School Issues, Grief & Loss, Everyday Life Challenges.
NOTES: I am available for In-Person and Telehealth (video/phone) appointments. I accept Cencal/Medi-cal and TriWest. I am available via Video throughout California. If you have Medi-cal/Cencal through a 3rd party, you need to go through the 3rd party insurance. With a one time fee I can request a "Single Case Agreement" from your insurance.
