My passion is working with overwhelmed, brave souls who yearn for peace, know they deserve better, and are ready for change. My goal is to provide a compassionate, safe space to explore thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to uncover the root causes of distress, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools for lasting change. As a LPC and LAC trained in EMDR, IFS, couples therapy (Gottman Level I) and substance use, I use evidence-based techniques to tailor my approach to your needs. I have 25 years experience supporting adults, adolescents, and couples as they work through trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, religious abuse, substance use, and grief and loss.

I am committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect.
