I have over 13 years of experience as a trauma informed, attachment based therapist. I have experience working variety of issues: Anxiety, depression and trauma, with my passion working with individuals struggling with reproductive health. I am trained and experienced to provide EMDR, parts therapy, CBT, DBT, narrative and other attachment based therapies.

I know it can be difficult to reach out for help and receive support from a stranger, so I am here to guide and support you by providing a warm, affirming, straight-forward, and respectful environment in which we can work collaboratively with each other, exploring the intricacies of what brought us together.
