I believe therapy is a safe place for growth and healing. When we experience challenges or obstacles in our life, it’s important to have a validating environment to work on these issues. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with a private practice in Tucson, Arizona. I work with individuals, couples, family, and provide group therapy. I also offer weekend appointments based on availability.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and utilize other eclectic treatment approaches such as Mindfulness Skills, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Prior to working in private practice I have experience with facilitating domestic violence groups and mindfulness groups.
