I have extensive experience working with children and adults coping with trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship issues. My focus is to assist individuals, couples, and families receiving services access to skills, tools, and techniques that will improve their functioning and quality of life.
Drawing from a variety of therapeutic frameworks, I tailor each treatment plan to meet individual needs. Therapy is not one size fits all and there is no linear pathway to healing, which is why I created The Talk Campaign (TC).
