Maintaining connection with those close to us can be difficult. I understand the complexities of relationships and how challenging they can be at times. As you know all relationships require maintenance and care, and I can help you navigate the complexities of your unique relationships so those relationships feel healthy for you. I work with individuals, couples and families around what is difficult for them in the moment. I have experience working with people through a variety of issues and with people from all walks of life.
I love working with folks and helping them build emotional connections, explore sex and physical intimacy, strengthen relational bonds, identify what is important for them and what they need to be different for a happier and healthier existence, speak honestly and directly and move through what is hard.
My approach is creative, nonjudgmental, collaborative, transparent and human focused. I use evidenced based theories as tools, but people are what guide my work. The therapeutic relationship is essential to the process, please feel free to contact me for a free initial consultation to ensure we are a good fit.
