Are you stressed, distressed, or hurting? I have 40+ years of experience and knowledge to help you through your struggles. As an LPC I can show you the coping skills that will work for you. As a retired psychiatric nurse (RN) I understand the mind/body connection (also medications and their effects). I also have a PhD from a well-known seminary if you're interested in the spiritual side of issues (no preaching). I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to work through grief, emotional pain, and relationship concerns. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself.
Because I've been licensed since 1986, I have seen many different issues and had extensive training in trauma recovery and rebuilding self-esteem. For other "seniors", I've been there and will likely understand your historical experiences. I offer telehealth and "intensive" therapy sessions to encourage more rapid growth and to meet you where you are.
