I bring over 25 years of clinical experience to my practice as a psychotherapist. It is my belief that we each have a quiet place of truth within us that has been buried by the demands of life. Our habits and beliefs hold us back from our true nature and the life we desire. Together, we will work in the present moment to increase self awareness, uncover obstacles, and access this place of inner truth and strength. In my work with clients I often see individuals struggling with relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, life transitions, and the effects of trauma.
I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a Certified Gestalt Therapist. I utilize the intelligence of the body to unlock trauma, regulate the nervous system, and access one’s life energy. I am also trained in Inner Relationship Focusing and use this parts work model with SE. I have a holistic approach, incorporating mind, body, emotions and spirit.
