Somatic psychotherapy helps us find, understand and resolve the root causes of our issues in ways that are often inaccessible through traditional talk therapy. We’ll work together to expand your ability to be with and effectively process bodily sensations, to digest unresolved emotions, and to renew your optimal connection to yourself and others.

You can expect to gain tools to perceive and regulate your physiological and emotional states. This can involve growing internal and external resources, cultivating self-compassion, delving deeper into bodily sensations, and processing traumatic experiences. All with the overarching goal of helping you re-establish a feeling of safety in your body.
