Finding the right care for your teen can feel like a big step, but I’m here to walk alongside you. Hi, I’m Jane! With my Masters of Social Work and licensure as an Associate Clinical Social Worker, I bring years of experience in adolescent behavioral health. I support teens and families through emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges. My specialities include helping teens facing suicidal thoughts, self-harm, depression, anxiety, or substance use. Every teen in my care receives individualized care unique to their needs.
My style of therapy blends evidence-based approaches like DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy into a warm, open, authentic style that fosters self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stronger family connections. Together, your teen and I will meet tough moments with empathy, creativity, and a deep sense of hope and healing.
