My mission as a trauma therapist is to provide a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where healing and growth can take root. I recognize that past experiences—especially those involving trauma—can deeply shape the way we see ourselves, others, and the world. With this understanding, I help clients explore the connection between their history and present challenges, creating opportunities for resilience and meaningful change.
I will use a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to support clients in a way that allows for healing. My modalities of treatment are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing, and mindfulness. I will work with you to identify your needs and wants, fostering a greater sense of empowerment to navigate life challenges.

I will walk alongside you as you reclaim your sense of self, identify your strengths, and develop new tools to navigate life’s challenges.
