Hi I'm Jane Miclon. I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona with 30 years of experience. My approach to therapy is to start where the client is using a very compassionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable style. I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Motivational interviewing, somatic experiencing, EMDR, and client-focused therapy.
I have worked with teens, adults, and families for years. I enjoy working with adults trying to find success in careers and relationships and helping to build a healthy lifestyle using an integrative approach including exercise, healthy eating, and habits.
