My ideal clients are teens and adults who may be feeling anxious, down, or unclear in their path. When these anxieties, worries, or depression take over, life can start to feel heavier than it needs to. You may find yourself feeling disconnected in your relationships, imagining worst-case scenarios, or feelings unsure about which direction to take next. Even when things look fine on the outside, it can be exhausting to carry so much on the inside. I also enjoy working with clients navigating major life changes, communication challenges, and discomfort that can come with starting over or feeling out of control.

Therapy is where you are listened to, understood as a whole person, and not judged for where you are starting. I want to understand who you are and what matters to you. We may explore how worry shows up in your life, how you relate to yourself and others, and how communication can improve. My hope is that you feel more connected to yourself and others.

I would be honored to work with clients who are ready to feel more grounded, supported, and connected to themselves and the people around them.
