Looking for short-term therapy? Experiencing a lot of stress and anxiety? Do you have trouble managing your feelings? I can help you. My style is supportive and interactive, and I use a variety of cognitive, interpersonal, and psychodynamic techniques. In addition, if you have used or are considering using assisted reproduction (IVF, donor egg, donor sperm, etc.) to build your family, I have expertise in this area, and can help you to sort out any related questions and concerns you may have.
I have over 30 years of experience in helping people to feel less stressed and have better family and personal relationships. I focus on short-term work that helps you with communication and problem-solving, and teaches you techniques to manage your feelings.
Since every client is unique, in our initial meeting we will discuss what you'd like to work on and what kind of therapist you are looking for. I work differently with each person, and generally I am supportive and interactive. I look forward to hearing from you! Note: I am not accepting insurance at this time.
