I use information about normal developmental transitions to move people when they are stuck. The focus is on identity and spirituality as themes I weave into my work. This does not mean organized religion, rather concepts such as connections, acceptance, peace, and letting go. I provide education and support to help clients understand their unique situations and develop individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals. We use your personal history to help us decipher current issues. You take the lead, set the pace, and realize your potential.
I have experience in chemical dependence, eating disorders, gambling, and sex addictions. I also help family members deal with these issues, due to the enormity of the problems associated with the disease and recovery. I have of extensive experience working with anxiety/depression, young adult issues and marital counseling.
