I specialize in anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, maladaptive daydreaming and complex trauma. Together, we'll explore your inner world, build a bespoke repertoire of coping skills, relearn safety in the present and resolve trauma.
My approach is informed by empirically supported interventions, Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I'm also trained as a yoga teacher and incorporate practices from this tradition into treatment.
