CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS ... Life can feel so upside down right now. Perhaps you are experiencing loss, a struggle, dealing with grief, setbacks in life, feelings of sadness or despair, anxious or just unsure of how to cope during these unknown times. While such feelings are difficult and real, pain and growth in life can coexist. What is most important is, today you have taken a positive first step seeking support. You have made a choice to do something different with your life. Our mind, which means our thinking, our brain and our body serve as indicators of what's working or not.
Together, we will explore, understand and make steps to move forward in your life. Working as a psychologist is actually my second career. The work of behavior and thinking has been part of my life passion for over 20 years. With my experiences in the corporate world, if you are facing challenges at work we can explore that as well.
We are collaborators as you are the expert of your life experiences. Compassion and emotional safety will always be present.
