Many of my clients have been supported through periods of depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, complex trauma and addiction. There is no judgement in our work together, as every person is different and full of their own unique experiences that has led them to where they are now. I also proudly identify as and work with the chronically ill community.
Through my work I have had the privilege to connect with all kinds of minds. I'm a great listener, an empath and utilize a psychodynamic & client-centered approach to ensure ultimate emotional safety for all who choose to entrust me with it. I offer psychotherapy & art therapy as modalities for exploration of the self.
