My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I work with children (ages 3 and up), adolescents, adults, couples, and families, tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs and goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, or everyday stress, I will meet you where you are and help you build on your strengths.
I work with children (ages 3+), teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, anger, and life transitions. Using Brainspotting, CBT, strengths-based approaches, and play therapy techniques, I provide a supportive space to build coping skills, foster resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
