I have experience working with children, teens, parents, and families, as well as individuals.
I bring to therapy a life time of experience, and I provide a safe trusting environment in which to explore and examine issues that are blocking you from experiencing life as you would like to. I have received three years of special training in a mind/body modality of treating trauma called Somatic Experience.
I have worked with children and families for over 20 years. My undergraduate degree was in child and adolescent development. I believe in empowering my clients to embrace their potential. I use a collaborative method that brings support to the process of healing emotional suffering.
