We all have our own negative thought patterns that impact our confidence, self-esteem, and mental health. What ideas and beliefs do you have about yourself? I use trauma-informed therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I serve a range of clients and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in working with queer clients with ADHD and Autism, and also offer ADHD/executive functioning coaching.
I strive to bring warmth, empathy, and understanding into each session—which includes open communication between myself and my clients about our dynamic and their specific needs.
