I believe that we are works in progress, having endless possibilities for the direction of our growth. I assist clients in developing clarity to identify options and expand the vision of themselves and the world. Developing increased awareness and positive action supports healing and the manifestation of life goals.
I have an expansive view of the many sources of trauma and use Somatic Experiencing (R) in treatment. I use the psychosynthesis concept of subpersonalities to help clients find and heal places that are undeveloped and require healing and support. I also integrate the benefits of meditation in my work.
I support clients in integrating interests, goals,
spirituality, and creativity for growth and healing. I assist them in integrating their own spiritual preferences as a potential support for peacefulness and in clarifying their deepest sense of purpose, their soul journey.
