Do you have a traumatic past that continues to haunt you? If this is you, I can help. I work with adults who want to find solutions to their problems and improve their quality of life. I will empower you, listen and accept you without judgment, and help you cope with the difficult issues you have.
As your counselor, I will help you improve your coping skills, enabling you to feel empowered in facing whatever challenges you are experiencing. I will help you find the answers already inside of you. I use mainly CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS approaches, follow a person-centered perspective and a collaborative approach. I also provide supervision to LPC associates.
You do not have to face these challenges alone. Help yourself by asking and receiving help. I know counseling may seemed foreign or daunting but what have you got to lose? You have tried everything.
