About

Clients seeking therapy can come as they are and it is my goal to have the necessary education and tools for facilitating their process through areas of concern and their goals. I work with individual adults, couples, families, teens, and children in a variety of areas from substance use disorder, quitting smoking, phobias, confidence, mental health therapy, and relationship healing through therapy with animals.
Counseling means that I am your ally and I facilitate processes for the development of your goals. I use hypnotherapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, EMDR, mindfulness, and a variety of techniques. I also provide Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) to assist in developing therapeutic relationships.
I am dedicated to making a safe, confidential space for you to do what you need to do as I facilitate appropriate therapeutic techniques. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work with clients and I am passionate about the work. It is an honor to work with every client, every time.
