Open for new clients. Clients seeking therapy can come as they are. It is my goal to have the education and tools to facilitate their process. I work with individual adults, teens, and children in a variety of areas, including mental health therapy, substance use disorder, EMDR trauma therapy, hypnotherapy, quitting smoking, phobias, and confidence. I have been a life coach and hypnotist since 2010, a substance use disorder counselor since 2017, and I am a licensed professional clinical counselor.
Counseling means that I am your ally and I facilitate processes for the development of your goals. I use hypnotherapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, EMDR, mindfulness, and a variety of techniques.
I am dedicated to making a safe, confidential space for you to do what you need to do as I facilitate appropriate therapeutic techniques. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work with clients and I am passionate about the work. It is an honor to work with every client, every time.
