I offer expressive arts and somatic therapy for queer folks, parents, creatives, and anyone moving through liminal times. Whether you're unfurling into new identity, navigating the raw terrain of new parenthood, or crafting life outside the mold, this is a space to slow down, feel, and be with what’s reshaping you. If you are hoping to repair your relationship with yourself and others, explore your expanding identity, find your place in a challenged world, expand beyond trauma, engage more fully, and connect deeply- I'm here to explore with you.
Embodied expressive arts is integrative, creative, and expansive. Different from traditional talk therapies, I support people to hold and explore their experiences from the whole self. Creative engagement through drawing, movement, painting, voicing, writing, & play can support you to thrive as your most true self, as you are.
Queers, parents, deep feelers, makers, liberation-oriented people...there is space for you here to be wholly yourself. If you are craving being met at your funkiest and crunchiest, most tired and fed up, please reach out to me. If you're a tired parent and/or queer person struggling in a world that doesn't always honor you, welcome.

Nurture

This time of year brings challenges– the cold, the dark, the pandemic, and the general hibernation vibes can have some of us feeling isolated, drained, and low. How can we embrace the natural cycle of wintering and still feel into resource, pleasure, and aliveness? We will explore practices to shake up our relationship with this season, share experiences of what rest really means for us, and align anew with our need for radical care. Expect to create, play, collaborate, chill, and share in this secure, facilitated virtual container grounded in embodiment, nonviolence, and creative expression.
