I have considerable experience helping where early attachment disruptions, relationship discord, and family conflict have created problems in daily life. I take each individual's or family's needs into account, and use a variety of research-based approaches to help.
These include traditional dynamic talk therapy, as well as play therapy, expressive arts work, and other practical applications of cognitive and emotion-focused therapies. Regardless of age or life-experience, I focus on helping my clients to understand and express themselves, and to relate effectively in important relationships.
