At other times, you may want a guide to help dig deeper into past issues to transform and grow. I create a comfortable environment that encourages growth and self acceptance.
My expertise includes: trauma recovery (PTSD), managing depression and/or anxiety, stress management, life transition, chemical dependency, and self esteem.
The approaches I use can include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. We will work together to find the best approach for your therapeutic goals.
